About Our Organization

A 40-Year Legacy: Our founder launched a highly successful 40-year career as a professional racing driver and team owner from a single starting point—a high school engineering apprenticeship.

A Launchpad for Success: His career is living proof that vocational training isn't a fallback plan; it is a premier launchpad to high-performance success.

Our Mission

To inspire and empower the next generation of skilled tradespeople by using the excitement of motorsports. Through young drivers as peer advocates and trackside activations we connect youth directly to trade school pathways and apprenticeship opportunities.

Technical Colleges

Technical colleges are specialized educational institutions designed to provide students with practical, hands-on training and career-focused education in specific fields. Unlike traditional four-year universities that emphasize broad academic and theoretical study, technical colleges focus on equipping students with the immediate, job-ready skills needed for the workforce, typically offering certificates, diplomas, and two-year associate degrees. Their programs cover a wide array of high-demand industries, including healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and skilled trades like welding, plumbing, and automotive repair. By offering accelerated, highly focused coursework alongside experience with industry-standard equipment, these institutions provide a fast-tracked, often more affordable pathway directly into a career.

Available Programs

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships in the skilled trades offer a highly effective, "earn-while-you-learn" pathway into a stable career by combining hands-on, on-the-job training with technical classroom instruction. Under the direct mentorship of experienced journeypersons and master craftspeople, apprentices gradually master complex skills in essential fields such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and welding. Unlike traditional educational routes that often require significant tuition and defer income, apprentices are paid employees from day one, with their wages steadily increasing as their competencies grow. Upon completing a multi-year program, graduates earn nationally recognized credentials and journeyman status, emerging debt-free and fully equipped to step directly into high-demand, well-paying professions. Many other industrial manufacturers offer Manufacturer-Specific Advanced Training (MSAT) and OEM certifications. If you are looking to expand your skills or build training paths with high-quality equipment providers, these programs are widely recognized across different sectors.

Resources

At the federal level, platforms like the U.S. Department of Labor’s Apprenticeship.gov and CareerOneStop serve as comprehensive hubs to search registered apprenticeship openings, explore localized wage data, and identify accredited vocational programs. For hands-on career entry, industry-specific organizations—such as the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)—alongside local union training centers and Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATCs), provide standardized curricula, direct employer sponsorships, and fully funded training pathways. In addition, state workforce development agencies, community college trade extensions, and local American Job Centers offer regional job fairs, tuition assistance grants, and one-on-one career counseling to help prospective tradespeople launch their careers.
